Do I need to install anything?
No. ZexPOS runs in the browser, so any computer or tablet works. The POS app is optional and adds offline selling.
What happens when the internet goes down?
The POS app keeps recording sales on the device and uploads them automatically once you are back online. Each sale is sent once, even if the connection drops mid-upload.
Can I run more than one branch?
Yes. Each branch has its own stock, staff and cash register, and you see everything together, or branch by branch, in one account.
Which printers and scanners work?
Any USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner that types into the screen, A4 printers for label sheets, and thermal receipt and label printers.
How do I pay for my plan?
Choose from SSLCommerz or Offline Payment on your Subscription page. Manual payments such as bank transfers are activated as soon as we confirm them.
Is my data separate from other businesses?
Yes. Every business only ever sees its own data, and staff only see the branches and screens you give them access to.
